Kidpik.com has a return policy that allows customers to return any unworn merchandise within 30 days for a full refund, excluding 'Sale items'. However, orders shipping to Canada are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.

In terms of shipping policy, Kidpik.com currently ships to mailing addresses and Military Bases within the 48 Contiguous United States and Canada. They offer Free Standard Shipping when purchasing $60 or more in a single transaction (excluding tax). A $9.50 flat rate shipping fee will apply to orders totaling less than $60. Canada shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all Canadian government taxes and duties on shipments. Packages refused will not be refunded or exchanged. Orders shipping to Canada are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items purchased from Kidpik shop are not eligible for free returns.
